| . Score of game, when all added up...
Team Blue 177 Team Red 179 UNBELIEVABLY CLOSE... AFTER 138 INNINGS... good thing extra innings weren't needed! ONLY AT THE 8:00 AM SHIFT DID WE PLAY A GAME OF 'SCRUB BASEBALL' FOR A LACK OF PLAYERS AND AT THAT TIME, INNINGS WERE KEPT BUT THE SCORE NOT ADDED TO TOTAL. AT THE OTHER 5 TIMES A FULL GAME WAS PLAYED and all the scores added together. Hats off to team Sheffield and team Stoneridge who played the most competitive game from just after midnight until 4:00 am in the morning. Must have been the night air as at least 4 homeruns, including one grand slam, were hit into the net over left field. A very big thank you to all who particpated. We hope you enjoyed yourself and would consider returning next year... Let us know what you think? How could we make it a better event? If you have pledges or donations to turn in, they can be sent to the camp. Summer staff can bring their pledges to 'staff training'. All funds should be in by July 1st if possible. |
