Payment Options


It is important to remember that many camps have limited registrations and only by completing the registration form and forwarding it along with payment can a spot be held for your son/daughter.

Full payment must accompany the application form and be received no later than two weeks prior to the camp's beginning. 

After June 1st, all payments must be in cash (not sent through the mail) or money order… no cheques can be accepted after that date.

There is a $40.00 non-refundable administrative fee, in the event of cancellation two weeks or longer, before the start of the camp. 

Cancellations within the two week period prior to the camp will result in the loss of the full payment.

Late arrivals or early departures are not subject to refunds.

Unfortunately, just recently, Revenue Canada has required the payment of HST on Camp fees.  Everyone however, will receive a receipt, which can be used towards Child Care Expenses.
