Summer Staff Application

Thank you for your interest in being a part of the Camp ministry team this summer.

In order to be considered for a position at Camp you need to:

a.Complete the application form and mail or fax it back to the camp.

b. Send out two reference forms: one to a Pastor or Christian leader and one to a teacher or employer. The forms are different so make sure you give the right one to the right person.

c. Have a police record, if over the age of 18. This has to be completed once you have been given a position on staff… not before.

It is important to remember that you are applying for a ministry position so you need to have the right reasons for applying and come to camp with the right attitude. You need to be a person who is committed to following Christ and who, because of this relationship, wants to make a difference in others.

There are two big ideas behind our desire to improve and develop you as a member of our team.

1. To help you grow deeper in your relationship with God. Leadership training is designed for people who have made a commitment to follow God and desire to grow deeper in that relationship. We will

challenge you to pray, to obey, and to be a radical for Jesus Christ.

2. To help you develop as a leader. Your Church, your school, your sports team are all places where leadership is needed. We want to help you grow as a leader. We will challenge you to be a leader who
reflects the leadership of Christ. We will also equip you with practical leadership skills like conflict resolution and problem solving.
